Dear all,
I have finished my MCA on MAY-2012 and got selceted as an Assistant Manager in a private bank due to some issues i can not resign my job now. after a year i have planed to join in Information Technology sector can any one tell me is it preferable to do any online course in the meantime ? else what should i have to do ? and also likes to know will be there an increment in my salary ? when i join IT job.
