Senior java Developers Needed-Atlanta

I have immediate needs for java Programmers with 4-5 yrs exp. Need to have good methodology, full life cycle exp., object oriented design, strong analytical skills and the ability to mentor to less experienced programmers. 3yrs experience with C++ .
Pluses are: experience with embedded coding
real-time development
any experience in an interactive cable tv environment.
My client is a Technology Development and Professional services company that works with Broadband Multimedia Applications. Located in Atlanta, Ga they offer a full benefit package with stock options ; a laid back business casual , small company environment with a limited amount of travel. They also offer the ability to "telecommute".
