hello, UMLet is excellent: Not many features, but all the basic ones to draw diagrams, extremely fast to learn (it doesn't even have a help or documentation, and that is great because there is no need for it!) and extremely fast to use. No fancy features like code generation included. Kai

What do you want to do with the tool?

Hm, I can access it. You are out of luck then. You can try to use a HTTP proxy.

You can try ArgoUML which can be used to create several UML diagrams such as Class Diagram, Usecase, Interaction diagrams ect. If you need a tool for small diagrams then it should be sufficient. /Svend Rost

I'm trying out UMLet. I successfully downloaded it. It is a .plugin. This is an Eclipse plugn, right? Do I just need to drop it in a folder somewhere to get it to work. Once it's installed, how to you pull up a UML editting window. -- Kaydell

In Mac OS X, you have to right-click on the UMLet.plugin and choose "Show Package Contents" to open the UMLet folder. -- Kaydell

I've been succesfully creating class diagrams with ArgoUML, but for sequence diagrams that in my opinion sucks big time.

Just installed StarUML, and at least for sequence diagrams answers to my needs perfectly.
