Salary Range - 85K+ dependent on experience
�4+ yrs Java development experience
�Experience in Thin-Client or Client Server based User Interfaces
�5 - 10 yrs GUI experience
�Java Swing Experience
�Ability to build specialized widgets
�Network application development
�Previously worked for a Startup
�Flexibility
�Team player
�CS degree
�Advanced Degree preferred
�Fluency in Foreign Language a plus
