I am looking for source code that is covered in this book. I am not able to find it on the addison-wesley site.
Any pointers will be helpful.

I don't think there is any source like that - most of the time the book only discusses code snippets.
You can download JUnit from here.
You can find lots of related material on the refactoring web site.
