while i am trying to compile a project in forte4j community edition 3.0 , i have come across this error.
"No file names Templates/CORBA/Empty.idl exists on disk in Default system. Therefore it may not be compiled with an external compiler. You may need to check it out from version control or save some changes to it."
can anyone tell me why does this occur?? what is the solution for it ??

Hy,
I had the same problem. In my project, it occurred when I created a JAR packager in a WEB-INF web module. In my case, removing the JAR packager solved the issue. Look for non-java files in an interpreted context (like the web module) and remove them. You can trace the error source by rebuilding the separate directories of your project.
So far,
Michael
