I wish if only the search facility had the option of choosing the multiple areas (as we do by pressing the Ctrl Button and clicking on it ..) this way we can easily track of our last posts ...
or there should be some other way of keeping track of last posts
as it becomes really tough to follow if there is anyone who responds to your posts after 2 week or so .. as .. we do not frequent to that place after a long time ...

What a great idea! However JavaRanch is built on UBB software that Paul bought. He doesn't control the features of it. Apparently he has tried hacking into it on occasion, but then when he upgrades all his hacks are gone.
We have been badgering him lately for another upgrade, but I'm afraid we might have to have a bake sale to scrounge up the money for it . Maybe when that happens we will get some new features. Don't know what they will be though.

Cant Java Ranchers Themselves make the amendments or new Programms ... I mean .. there are so Qualified people around....
Would have done it myself.... But still have a lot to learn .. .. I am making a Website for my Institute before I leave my alma mater for Good.
Anyway if I Can help Ranch in any way ..apart from contributing Money( you know Students are always a broke ) .. do let me know .. .
