Free oracle editor?

Hi
We were using free toad to edit our database but as we have moved to 9i and started to use clobs it does not work any more. Is there another alternative that is free? can be used by less experienced people so that they can change a database and commit like using MS access?

I don't know of any free editors, but a VERY good low-cost alternative is PL/SQL Developer available at:
