VAJ - releasing project resource files

hi,
I wish to thank all of who have answered my queries in the past. Well here is another one.
When I try to release my project resource file to the team server, I get the error "cannot release <resource> due to: file not found". As per VAJ's instructions my project is an open edition, I am the administrator of the project.
I cant even add a new resource to the team server since i get this same error.
Is there something i am missing?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
