How to configure additional server in Jbuilder?

I use jbuilder 7.0 enterprise. However, the embedded Tomcat 4.0 doesn't work(Can't startup). Since I install Tomcat 4.1.18, I want to use it instead. What shall I do? I can't find "add" function in "configure server". Pls help.
