Tomcat under Forte CE 4 - getting started

I followed the steps in the help to start Tomcat, and the "welcome to Tomcat" page comes up fine, but when I click for the sample JSP and Servlet pages they are not found. Are they installed or am I not configured right?
Can anyone point to a good "first servlet for dummies" for Forte? I've done servlets in VAJ, but not in this IDE. Thanks!!

A good question is never answered. It is not a bolt to be tightened into place but a seed to be planted and to bear more seed toward the hope of greening the landscape of the idea. John Ciardi
