I have followed the following link to establish emacs as a java development environment but don't see the JDENew option under the file menu. I don't have a HOME variable set but I do have a JAVA_HOME and a HOMEDRIVE variable. Are either one of these referred to as the HOME variable as described in the instructions?

I have it figured out. I didn't extract the emacs212JDE to C:\ I had it nested in a folder called emacs212JDE. I should be on the root of the C:\ drive. My mistake, getting too excited.
