I am trying to upgrade from a trial version of WSAD 5.0 to the licenced version. However i got "Trial period has Expired ......." even after i installed the licenced version. Note :
I uninstalled the trial version before installed the licenced version.
I rebooted my machine before trying the licenced version
I didnt have the Services(of Windows) open
Any Ideas ???

Ok figured it out.
After uninstalling the trial version.....
Go to a the following directory.........(Its a hidded directory and file)
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\LUM
Delete the file named nodelock present in that directory.
Start installing the Licenced version.
TIP : If your reading this after installing the licenced version and finding it not working.....Copy that nodelock file from your colleagues machine and try it........ It worked for my other colleage
Must be a bug or something with the Installer/UnInstaller -- maybe they forgot to programme it to remove the file
