Debugging JSP/EJB from Eclipse on remote server

I had heard/read that Eclipse can debug JSP/EJB running on app server. But so far I only found information on how to do it when Eclipse and the app server on the same machine.
Is there any way I can do that with app server on separate machine? Any app server will do, we have app running on WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, 9ias, etc.
Oh, and I do meant Eclipse, not WSAD please.

These pointers should help:
http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/faq/eclipse-faq.html#users_18
http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.tools/msg43842.html
http://www.myeclipseide.com/
To find these I went to www.eclipse.org, hit Search, and searched for "remote debug ejb" in the newsgroup archives.
