Eclipse debug setting

I am running Eclipse 2.0 with WebLogic 7.0 and JDK 1.3
The source is in source folder and eclipse compile output directory is set to source\bin. Whereas ant buildscripts are writing compiled class files to another directory from where even builds are made.
I am able to start the debugger from eclipse but the thread will not stop at breakpoints which makes me think, it is unable to relate the class files to source file locations.
Any idea how this can be solved?
Thanks a bunch!

Ok, problem solved. I had to just add the ant build directory( where classfiles are dumped) to eclipse classpath.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
