Eclipse-Perl Plugins

I have installed the latest version of Eclipse and the Perl plugins on both my work and home computers. Both systems are windows 2000 and I have Active State Perl installed. The work version of Eclipse has recognized that Perl is a project type and offers that option. The Perl features seem to be funtioning fine at work; however, on my home system, the Perl features are not working. Eclipse does not offer Perl as a project type. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Tom K
