Hi all I dunno if this place is appropriate to ask this query. But still,.. Well, the prob is I had to re-install my Win 2k, now the <Program Files> folder remained intact, & when I am trying to re-install Sun One Studio 4 CE, it is not being installed..infact the drive letter was also changed frm E:\ to D:\(is that creating a problem..) Dunno where the error is ..?? Is there any place from where we can know the error... Hope I am clear Tia Malhar
Are you getting an error during the installation or when you try to run the program? What error are you getting?

Almost looks like the JDK path is messed up. Might want to check your enviroment variables to make sure they aren't pointing to the wrong JAVA_HOME or anything. Did you re-install everything on windows or just the OS? Might try uninstalling the jdk and re-installing it. Also might want to try netbeans. Its less buggy and faster.
