Does Eclipse also support UML modeling?. If it does, what about the reverse engineering and forward engineering?

There is Omondo's EclipseUML available at http://www.omondo.com. There's also a tool called ArgoUML, but I'm not sure were you get it. These are not eclipse open source projects, but they have free versions available.

ArgoUML is being marketed as Poseidon. There is a Community Edition which can be downloaded for free (or using WebStart) You can get it from www.gentleware.com
For NetBeans users, Poseidon provides better IDE integration.
