Web Sphere Test Env. in VisualAge.

Hi,
I can not find Websphere test environment in Visual age.I go through the help provided in VAge and tried to search for websphere test env. but when i click quickstart-->Feature-->add feature.I ould not find the required feature there.
Wat to do.
Another question is that i have seen somewhere that we an make a web application (having html,servlet,jsp,ejb), compile it, and run it in visual age without having to run websphere.
Is it true if yes then plz give me some detail of this process(mean how to do it step by stpe illustration will be highly appreciated.
