Eclipse Lomboz Starting Tomcat error

I recently had to rebuild my desktop PC at work and today got all my JAVA stuff back on it. I installed Eclipse 2.1.1 and Lomboz 2.1.1. Everything works find except when I try and launch Tomcat from Lomboz. Eclipse goes into the Debug perspective and says:
Source not found for StandardService.initialize() line: 581
I can start and stop Tomcat just fine outside of Eclipse. And this is the exact same setup I have on my Laptop which works perfectly. Has anyone else run into this problem before?
