for example: Suppose you want some relationship (optional selection) of check-in of source code that relates to bug that is in bugzilla to be notified or update bugzilla of fix version, date and programmer. This can be an optional tie-in. Allow changes to related to bugs documented in bugzilla when it makes sense otherwise you don't have to when it doesn't.
