Hi, I am trying to learn eclipse, my question is :
1)Is Eclipse a good IDE ? if not what's the best ?
2) I installed eclipse and I can see tomcat directory in the plugins :
C:\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.tomcat_4.0.6.1
But when I window --> Preferenses , there is no Tomcat node there ?
Could you please help me ?
3)If there is any tutorials please
Thank you, your help is appreciated

Yes, Eclipse is a good IDE -- otherwise there wouldn't be such a big user base. As to your question of what is the best IDE, how do you define "best IDE"? (you'll find a number of "which IDE is best" threads in this forum but none of them will give you an answer, just opinions, and the opinions might have changed by now)
3)If there is any tutorials please
Have you tried searching IBM developerWorks?

This version is only used for the internal help pages.
If you want to use tomcat as your web server you have to download tomcat and set it up on your PC, then install a tomcat plugin for eclipse.
Tomcat
Lomboz or Sysdeo
3)If there is any tutorials please

You can always look under 'Help->Help Contents'
