what is eclipse framework? please recommend some articles or tutorial.

Eclipse is an open source IDE (Integrated Developer Environment). It's considered a framework because you can modify it so much and add your own functionality / customize it for a particular application.
www.eclipse.org is the main website for the project.
They have lots of articles listed there, too. They should bring you up to speed on what its all about.
