rational rose reverse engineering in java

Good morning,
I'm using rational rose enterprise edition 2000 to do a reverse engineering
from a java code compiled.
During the reverse, I get lots of messages of this kind:
"Module dependency on self is illegal occurred in File: D:/mass/classes/MyClass.java"
I've set the classpath of rational rose (in tools, reverse enigneering, project settings...) putting the rt.jar as the first entry and my classes as the second entry.
Could anyone help me telling what I'm mistaken?
Thank you in advance
