Rational Rose Reverse Engineering help

Hi,
I am using Rational tool for Reverse engineering my application which uses EJB.But,I am getting errors because of the classpath not set properly.Can someone help me with this ? Also,can Rational automatically generate Sequence Dias after Reverse Engineering ?

I don't know if Rose can do reverse-engineering of sequence diagrams, but Rational XDE's Developer Plus certainly can. The trick is that it watches your running code within the Eclipse or WSAD environment and generates the sequence diagrams from there.
