Problem displaying UTF-8 Strings in eclipse

I installed eclispe 2.1.3 on windows xp professional. Any string that has
UTF-8 encoding is invisible. If I highlight the UTF-8 string I can see the characters. I have the same problem with eclipse 2.1.2.
If I use WSAD I can see the string. If I can use emacs I can see the string.
Is there a special eclipse plugin that I need to install to see UTF-8 characters strings properly ?
