meet problem with 'Improve Resin Plugin '

when i run Resin in Eclipse launcher, the console prompts:
'Can't load JNI VFS library.
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no resin in java.library.path'
and then i access 'http://localhost:8080/'
the browser prompts:
'404 Not Found
/ChinesePortal was not found on this server.
