Can someone offline or elsewhere point me to the exact url that walks one through a jar build with eclipse? I have been using eclipse recently and have builtup a pretty decent little app, however I want to create the necessary jar so I can give one simple file to others for testing and running of the app.

If you send me or ref a url please give me the exact one and not one I have to dive seven layers deep into.

I am familiar with the building of jar's by hand but since I started using this IDE, I have become happy and would like to finish the job where I started it. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think this is what you need.

You can right click the eclipse project and select 'export'. There you can simply give the output jar file name and select some options like, whether you want class files or java files to be exported.

I do not have any url, but you can type 'export jar' in the eclipse help.
