Clearly, you can see that you will get the most updated info about Eclipse by buying the Eclipse Live. Like we discussed in this thread, you will be informed about the most updated and added chapters to the book and you are eligible to download the PDF of the book for one year for $30....
Other Eclipse book don't have this kind of updating approach, I'm sure...

The ebook becomes your property and is password protected so as long as you don't share your password you can put the book where ever you want.
Of course if you wanted to buy 3 or 4 copies I would not be heart broken
