We are searching for several developers with a Java and WebSphere background for a two year assignment.
We need consultants at all levels including the Architect level.
The project will involve conversion of a legacy system to Java.
Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance environment would be very beneficial.
Required Skills: J2EE, WebSphere, Visual Age for Java
The following are not required, but will provide a huge advantage for the candidates who have the following experience.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
.Net programming
Experience in conversion from legacy to Java
Property Casualty Insurance applications
Start Date: mid September 2003
Employment Type: Contract (1099)
Duration: 18 months
Location: Chicago (no relocation or travel expenses provided)
Rate: Developers $35 to $40 depending on experience
Architect $40 to $50 depending on experience
All candidates will be required to complete an on line �Tech check�.
This is to demonstrate their proficiency in the required technical skills.
