I have started using Eclipse to generate the ant build files. It's really cool. Is there a way to feed the build.xml file to Eclipse for automatic packaging?

You can register your ant script as an external builder (see project properties) for the project. Then the script will be run every time you build/rebuild the project. You can even choose whether you want your script run on incremental or full builds.
