Eclipse Bookmark Problem

In Eclipse help, it states that in the Navigator view, you can right click a resource and create a bookmark for it - really useful for frequently used files etc.
I'm using Eclipse 3.0 and I don't see the option. Has anyone else noticed this?
I can bookmark from a source file line ok by clicking in the margin.
