Fro, Jdeveloper to Eclipse-help pls

I have changed shops and we're using Eclipse to develop j2ee projects on. I was given some old code to debug but it was developed in JDeveloper. The guy copied his project folder from Jdeveloper to my machine. When I try and do an 'import' I get several errors and it fails to work. Is there some trick to eclipse that I am missing?
I have had to just copy over his source files and try and build from there but that isn't working well either. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

First, check the projects Build Path (in the projects properties).
