Currently available:
- MyEclipse (commercial/yearly fee(small fee))
- Lomboz (free)
- Eclipse Web Tools Platform (subproject J2EE Standard Tools - to which Lomboz has contributed their source code (afaik)).

For the moment I think the best solution is MyEclipse. (my 2c)

I will say that depends upon what you really want.

I haven't tried MyEclipse, but I've heard good things about it.

I have tried the Eclipse WebTools, and I like it very much.

I especially like the JSP editor that comes with the IBM contribution.

I've been working with Lomboz for a while and I like it a lot. If you want a good XDoclet-Frontend, I can also recommend JBossIDE.
