We are looking to make contact with the WebObjects user community so as to make them aware of three positions now available in Raleigh, NC. Perhaps you can help? These are 6 month contract-to-perm positions. Will be responsible for overall design, development, deployment, testing, and support of new and existing internal WebObjects systems (small to large scale and complex) and for championing and bringing into use "best programming practices" in the teams; including written plans, planned test processes and version control of all code, makefiles and documents. Will create web services or three-tier Java server applications. Will build database applications that have HTML, XML, SMIL or Swing (Java) interfaces. Requires BS Engineering, Physics or CIS with a minimum of 10+ yrs direct expr in applications development to include a minimum of 3 yrs WebObjects development (prefer 5+ yrs) bkgd. Must be expert in hands-on Objective C and JAVA programming and debugging. Must be expert in software development on UNIX platform. Must be acknowledged expert in all aspects of XML, including XSLT, DTD, SOAP, UDDI, and XML Schema. Must be US citizen
