Eclipse Plugin Feature List

I have developed a plugin and feature for Eclipse but am having difficulty getting my plugin/feature onto the Eclipse list of features. My plugin appears on the list of plugins, but my feature does not. What configuration files do I need to create to make this happen?

I have tried the -clean switch, and have compared my plugin/feature config files with another that does appear (Azzuri Clay Core), I can't work out what's missing.
