Files not visable in Eclipse3.0 navigator

I am using Eclipse to run the javadoc target of my build file. I have specified a directory for the javadoc and after the build the sub-directories and files are in the appropriate directory. However, I can only see the files from outside of Eclipse. The directories and files are not shown in either Navigator or Package View.

I thought this was the result of filtering but no filter setting makes these files visable. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance,

Have you tried to refresh the project?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
