Howdy -- if you would be interested in responding to an RFP on developing a Web Services training course, please write to me directly. This is a large-scale project, for someone who has both Web Services expertise and is capable of constructing a substantial training program to teach Web Services in the context of J2EE 1.4. The course would include written chapters, overhead presentation materials, and extensive lab hands-on exercises (which means designing sample applications and exercises).
Please write to me immediately if you're interested and qualified.
