I need a jsf ide alternative to Java Studio Creator, I think you need a quantum computer to run JSC. Any suggestions?

You don't need a Quantam... You can run it on any platform which has the right JVM / JRE...

I think what Kerry meant that: Java Studio Creator needs very high system resources.

Oracle JDeveloper is a good alternative. Its "Developer Preview" edition is free for personal use. It's way from "light" but it is snappier than Sun's one.
