Can I configure the Eclipse to use both the Tomcat container and the WebLogic server?

What plugin(s) are you using? Eclipse doesn't support any J2EE server out of the box.

You are going to have to get a plugin or two to handle server integration. I would recommend MyEclipseIDE or Lomboz (if you can get it to work).
