i wonder how i can set classpath in textpad without using environment classpath: i mean, classpath exclusively written in textpad.
Is it possible?

yes, it is

Configure/Preferences
expand Tools
select Compile Java
in Parameters write classpath like:
-Xlint -classpath ".;c:\javas\agilejava" $File

in case you want a tool to use JUnit, see

this.
