This week's book giveaway is in the Other Open Source APIs forum. We're giving away four copies of Storm Applied and have Sean Allen, Peter Pathirana & Matthew Jankowski on-line! See this thread for details.
the fact that i thought "webtools?" on reading your reply is probably a bad sign. quickly found, downloaded and installed it. looks like it resolves my original problem and also provides lots of other great functionality.

Good, I am glad I could solve your problem
Yes WTP does have alot of fucntionality.. what you will find nice is that if you were use to using Lombozo? plugins for J2ee its the saem basic theme of usage as Lomnbozo is part of the new WTP code base..

have not heard of Lomnbozo. we're not doing much of anything with the j2ee stack at large, outside of jsp and servlets. to that end, we've been using myeclipse.
if i'm tracking your reply correctly, you're saying that Lomnbozo has been around for a while, providing plugins to ease j2ee development in eclipse (something i've heard griped about here and there), and now wtp is out with full enchilada of j2ee-centric tools, based in large part on Lomnbozo.
