Hi,
Just a thought, but how about putting a brief time lock on a question when someone clicks on the "Post Reply" button. This would do three things:
1)reduce some redundacy if two people happen to answer the same question at the same time
2)would allow the next person to respond to what the previous person wrote.
3)allow a natural ordering in the conversation where hopefully people will read what others have said
Yoo-Jin.
