Eclipse 3.2 weird problem

I am using Eclipse 3.2, but I have a weird problem.

1. I have a java project, when I refresh the project, it will not find the syntax error. I have to click and open that file, then it will show a red arrow to say syntax error.

2. I can't see the line number , even I select that option.

Thanks in advance.

unsure, but would suspect that your preferences settings got changed from what you had set in 3.1.
