how to include package in another package in jBuilder

hi friends
i was previously using Editplus
but now i want to use jbuilder
i want to create package structure as com.leaveapp.utils
com.leaveapp.servlets
i have tried to do it from project -->add files and packages-->and selected package tag but it creates problems
is there is any way by which we can do it
