Lomboz giving error in Eclipse.

When I double click on Eclipse.exe,it shows a Objectweb Lomboz splashscreen and an error which is directed to a file.Following is the error file that it has generated:

I have downloaded the lomboz-emf-gef-jem-3.1RC2.zip and extracted in the eclipse directory.
