Swing with Eclipse 3.1

I recently downloaded Eclipse 3.1.1 for Swing application development.But I couldnot find anything to help me in Swing development.I guess I need a plugin for that.Can anyone please tell me where can I find a plugin for Swing development in Eclipse ?

Hi,

Eclipse has recently (well, since July-ish) released a Swing visual editor that allows you to drag and drop Swing components in order to create an application.

Is this what you were referring to? It's a separate download that can be done through the eclipse manager. Check out the website:
