Hi All,

I'm stuck trying to build additional resources along with my jar file..

When adding any resource be it xml/images whatever to my project they always get compiled in with the jar.. Anyone know how to configure it so when I build my project certain other files will also end up in the dist folder along with the main jar. ?

Thanks

What I do is keep a 'bin' directory next to the 'src' directory.
I my own ant script for building (separete from netbeans scripts), but you can override a task in nbproject/build-impl.xml in build.xml to extend netbeans build.
For example, override '<target name="-post-compile">' to copy whatever you want. Let me know if you need more details...
