me whining for a new feature

i'd like to have the list of message threads say, not only
how many replies a thread has had, but also the name of the
last person who replied. that way, if my name is printed
there, i know i was the last one posting on it and i don't
have to check it for naught.

I agree! vBulletin has this feature but UBB doesn't as far as I know. Perhaps after the next UBB upgrade we can think of adding some useful hacks. My Perl skills are pretty good.
