Hi chaps,

I used to have my eclipse configured so that whether a file was open or not, Eclipse would change its icon to indicate whether the file built properly.

I somehow changed this useful option and now Eclipse only tells me whether a file builds properly when I open it.

Does anyone know where to change this behavior?

Thanks.

Is it possible it's not building those files at all? Check under the Project menu and make sure Build Automatically is checked.

Nope it's building them alright!

I wonder whether it depends on the view actually...
